I was born in Dorset, South West England with a fierce interest in health, fitness and acting.

I began my career in film making and
acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA)‍. ‍


I then worked in highly acclaimed films over the next 12 years. Films include: Kingsman: The Secret Service, The Theory of Everything, Firebird

During my time making movies, I was always exploring how to optimise my body and mind. This was in the service of being present and resilient as an actor and filmmaker, as well as how to look and feel great.

This led me to my fitness training at the
British International Sports Medicine Academy (BISMA) in London.

I deepened my training further in meditation, mindfulness, nutrition,
sleep optimisation and mindset mastery.

I am a certified breath coach by Breathwork Mastery UK.

Additional expertise includes energy healing, traditional coaching, shadow work and non-duality.

I live and breath the techniques I use in this mentorship program and I continue to refine my own personal development.

I now travel globally mentoring professionals and groups sharing the methods and insights which I have refined over a lifetime of experience and embodiment.
